This policy explains how GuletBound handles personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send a charter enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the charter details you choose to share (destination, dates, guest numbers, budget, yacht preferences and your message).

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry: checking availability with yacht operators, preparing options and rates, and following up about your charter. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service your charter and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@guletbound.com.

Analytics

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., with data hosted in the EU) to understand how the site is used. With your consent it records the pages you view, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, and uses a cookie to recognise return visits. If you decline, page views are counted without cookies. PostHog processes this data on our behalf. See the Cookie Policy to change your choice.

Local storage

Your yacht shortlist is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry.
